InfluenceLogic has strict disclosure requirements for all paid affiliations and sponsorships being posted online. Failure to comply will result in your referral link being disabled and the termination of the partnership.
The Golden Rule: Anywhere you audibly or textually include a sponsorship mention or affiliate
link, you must include a disclosure to let your audience know there is a financial relationship.
Please note, the term “affiliate or partner” alone would not qualify as a proper disclosure as the
average consumer may not understand what it means.
When Advocating for Product: You are allowed to advocate for the product and endorse it,
but you cannot say information that is not true. If you say you have used the product and you
enjoy it, this also needs to be accurate information. If your video is in English, the disclosure
must be as well.
